Who are we?

LASV is a student-run activist group at the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. LASV was formed Fall semester of 2013.

What do we do?

LASV works with members of the University, like the Office of Institutional Equity and Title IX Coordinators, and members of the community, like The Joyful Heart Foundation, to change campus policies to discourage sexual violence and encourage safe handling of reports, disclosures, and education on the subject. We also aim to educate students of their rights under Title IX and increase overall global awareness of the issue of sexual violence on campus.
